Are you spending a lot of time in front of your computer, or you are too busy to go exercise. This diet is a lazy way to lose weight. And it burns hundreds of calories, even if you are just sitting down on your computer. It aids a lot in weight loss because it also increases your metabolism.
1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1) Mix 2 parts of raw honey with 1 part of cinnamon. It is recommended to put 2 teaspoons of honey to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
2) Boil the 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
3) Pour the boiling water over the cinnamon. Close the pot and let it cool down until it is lukewarm to drink.
4) When the water is cool or lukewarm you can add the honey. Never add honey when it is hot because the heat will destroy the enzymes and nutrients in the raw honey.
5) Drink ½ of this before going to bed. The other half should be closed and refrigerated. Drink the other ½ cold in the morning.
This recipe is effective only if you drink it on empty stomach, and you must not add any flavors in this mixture.
