New Zealand Won by 1 wicket in a nail biting finished.Earlier Australia has won the toss and elected  to bat first, Australian batting order collapsed against NZ bowler they were bowled out for 151 in 32.2 overs with Black Caps pacer Trent Boult (5/27) picking up his first five-wicket haul in One-Day Internationals (ODI). In reply,Black Caps got off to a Fast start, with Mitchell Johnson’s first two balls being a four and six, the second of which was off a free hit. McCullum then took over as only he can, smashing the ball to all ends of ground to his 24-ball 50.After McCullum dismisel Nz lost some quick  wicket as Ross Taylor and Grant Elliott were bowled off consecutive deliveries from Mitchell Starc, who now had three wickets.

Kane Williamson and Corey Anderson then put on a 52-run stands. However, Anderson slogged Glenn Maxwell and was out caught.After Anderson caught out  the lower order of Luke Ronchi, Adam Milne, and Tim Southee eadeparted by Strac  and raised the new hope for AUS while Pat Cummins dismissed Daniel Vettori at the other end.  Calmy Williamson winnings six help to  the hosts NZ  managed a one-wicket win  over  Australia.

MATCH SUMMARY- New Zealand 152 for 9 (McCullum 50, Williamson 45*, Starc 6-28) beat Australia 151 (Haddin 43, Boult 5-27, Southee 2-65, Vettori 2-41) by one wicket
