- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped spinach or sprouts
- 2 apples
- 2 smaller or 1 large cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 2 stalks of celery
Peel the cucumber and the lemon and wash the leaves of the spinach or the cabbage and then chop them in small pieces. Put all this together along with the chopped apples and the celery stalks in a blender and optionally add little water and few ice cubes. Mix it well and immediately put it in a bowl. It is best to be consumed between meals as a snack or in the evening instead of dinner.
