This recipe originates from a nun called Hildegard von Bingen, who lived 800 years ago. And since then, many famous doctors are recommending it and passing it over until now.
This natural remedy for the heart has proved to be very successful for heart diseases. You should use it when you experience any problems with the heart, such as skipping, stabbing, vibrations, despite stress. It is good with angina pectoris as well.
- 300 grams natural honey.
- 10 stalks fresh parsley (without the root)
- Two tablespoons wine vinegar
- A liter of homemade red or white wine
Take 10 fresh stalks of parsley with the leaves and put them in one liter of pure natural wine, where you will add 1- 2 tablespoons of pure wine vinegar. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes on a low heat (watch out, It can make a foam). Afterwards, add 300 g. of real bee honey and continue cooking on a low heat for 4 more minutes.
Then strain the hot wine and pour it, in bottles, previously washed with strong alcohol, while it is still hot. Close them tight. The lees that is formed is safe to drink and is not harmful.
Consume the drink on a daily basis, one tablespoon until the symptoms go away. For more serious illnesses, it is necessary to be used for a longer period of time.
