Everyone love lemons because they are refreshing, bright and smell good. Many people are using squeezed lemon and glass of water in the morning for waking up and improving their digestive system. What they don’t know is that they shouldn’t throw away the peel.

Eat the lemon peel
Lemon peel includes plenty of vitamins, minerals and fiber (calcium, potassium and vitamin C) which will bolster your nutritional menu. You will need to consume a large amount of peel for bigger nutritional benefits, but it doesn’t hurt if you eat some when you can.
