Losing weight can be a tough task really. Apart from the regular work-outs, diet-plans and other things there are ALWAYS people who want to tell you stuff. Sometimes useful, sometimes considerable and otherwise the stuff which can make you want to hide somewhere. Have you heard any of these? Eat na beta! Kuch kha lo! Aaj kha lo, kal se mat khana… waise bhi ek din mein kya farak padne wala hai? Kal se dieting shuru karna! But in that “ek baar”, you will make me eat your share of main course and 2 times the dessert!

Yes I am. Do you know how you love the chocolate ice cream but you don’t really mind adding a little scoop of vanilla over it? Yes? That’s exactly what I am doing or at least trying to do.
